Cremagel promotes healing of fissures and provides pain relief. Cremagel is for external use only. It is advised to use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Clean and dry the affected area and gently apply it over the affected area.
The most common side effects are dizziness, local itching, soreness, rectal bleeding, and headache. You may also experience lightheadedness, which could increase your risk of having a fall.
